I Wish
When you are sad and shed a tear I wish I could control time so that I could reverse the past and once again see that smile upon your face when you are all alone in a dark corner in your mind I wish I could make the sun raise to scare away your darkness when you make a terrible mistake and suffer for your deed I wish I could take your place and retrieve you of your crime when you are last in a sea of confusion I wish I could command the waves and guide you back to me when we go our different ways and I can no longer defend you I hope I have given you the strength to protect others that gross your path
