After time the pain subsides,
The memory grows dim,
Now there's just the emptiness,
I feel like I'm locked in,

This feeling, something's not quite right,
Something isn't there,
I wish I could remember it,
I'm sad, but hell who cares?

Then I see your pictures there,
Hanging on my wall,
I feel your ring upon my finger,
Love fills me up once more,

Reminded of my happiness,
The smiling that you bring,
I'm whole again, you fill me up,
