Gray_If_Disabled_Panel

This is a TPanel that gets shaded if Enabled = false.

It is made for Delphi 1 and 2.

This is more or less the final release
(you can find it on the Delphi-Super-Page too)
- but if someone can help me to solve the one left problem that is described in the readme.txt, I will make a version 0.3.
