Call Billing Accounts is a software solution developed to calculate & generate printouts for telephone charges on per extension basis &s; call charges distribution on per external line basis & on per country basis. It is used in hotels, hospitals, companies, housing compounds, etc...

The CBA system offers the following:

  1. Immediate bill and statement of calls for any user extension.
  2. Report for any newly created extension which was not present in the master file
  3. Full details for every extension, such as amounts due, deposits, refunds, outstanding and collected amounts.
  4. The extension telephone bill includes the Gregorian date and optionally the Hijri date, start time of call, duration, a mark for reduced calls (*), number dialed, city or country name, amounts due, refunds, deposits, outstanding and the net amount (debit or credit). It includes also the name, address, and extension number.
  5. At the end of the month, the system is able to give a printout of all the telephone bills which have not been paid during the month for every extension which is not a vancant unit.
  6. Through a sophisticated user extension and group user extension classification, the CBA system issues a complete cost chart charges per different groups.
  7. All amounts charged through the month, are available, also a disconnection list on periodic base, monthly, is issued as well as reconnection lists for re-paid bills.





  1. A report for the number of 1-minute, 2-minutes and reduced rate long distance calls is issued classified by local or national or international calls showing the number of each type of calls.
  2. A printout alarm is printed immediately for any user who exceeds a certain predefined charge of his calls, this amount of charge is available, depending on the owner's demand.
  3. Every chargeable trunk route/customer group for EPABXs with multi-customer features has a trunk charge chart showing

    • Total Charges in any currency

  4. Every trunk member has a monthly traffic statistics chart on pr hour over 24 hours/day and 30 or 31 days/month of usage, i.e. busy, in CCS.
  5. A total chart/route for the same data is issued.
  6. All financial and management reports are available showing deposits, dues, cash collected, refunds, service charges on per user extension basis and per group basis.
  7. A frequency of disconnection chart [optional] are produced for extensions who are continuously disconnected and reconnected, this disconnection frequency chart could be for either each six months, or for each twelve months, depending on owner requirements.





  1. The system is customizable to accept any changes in standard or reduced rates charts through menu driven programs, this is done through hierarchical level of security to eliminate any possibility of messing the tables of rates, codes, and charges.
  2. A strict hierarchical levels of security through the program and the LAN software is built to prevent any non-required interference.
  3. The system has one source of call records coming from the exchange and also deals with all other sources of data, through the terminals feeding the system with all information concerning the exchange extension.
  4. All modules are menu driven, and need no previous experience with computer knowledge, any clerk with English language knowledge will be able to operate his own terminal.
  5. A terminal will be dedicated for the chief operator at customer 0 to display the address and telephone No. of any newly occupied unit. Search will be by name, address, or telephone No.
  6. A continuously updated directory is always available for either display or printing at any requested time.
  7. Also, a list of all vacant units is available for either display or printing.
  8. Exception report file for exception records of non-processed data is generated.
