How to use

Cut and paste any URL link to a Brookhaven Protein Database file (.pdb).

Click on "See Molecule".

A new browser window will open up and after a few moments a ball &
stick model of the molecule you have selected should appear. This may
take a short while on slow connections. You may also be asked if wish
to grant the Shockwave movie access to a remote site - you should
accept.
