Indeed, any human language is product of communication between humans. As well, human mind is product of human communication.
Programming languages were intended to put human mind into computer. Now computer needs language to access another computer mind.

Object-Relational Language protocol
Object-Relational Language (ORL) is just a two-way protocol to allow humans and computers communicate one with another and pass pure facts data as well distilled knowledge data one to another.
Idea of ORL is similar to SQL or HTTP/HTML - to pass information from one human or computer to another.
Not like SQL or HTTP/HTML, ORL provides peer-to-peer two-way access for both sides of dialog within high-level programming language syntax and semantics.
Mind Interchange Language is just a subset of Object-Relational Language.
Indeed, knowledge itself is just a number of "memes", or "rules".
In turn, "memes" or "rules" are just objects of special classes, related one to another.
So, Mind Interchange Language protocol is Object-Relational Language protocol applied to Mind Interchange.
