First of all I would like to please Ilya Sandler isandler@utkux.utcc.utk.edu which free C code I have used to write this aplication.
The main aim of this program is to convert text from latin symbols to russian symbols. It creates russian text in a UTF(United Type Format).
You can paste this text in a message box in a Chats, eMail , Discussion boards or any other else in WWW.

 Program include the next files:

1) translk.exe - Visual Basic6.0. executable file( it responsible for the interfase screen)
2) translk.dll - C dynamic link library( to convert input text into an html file)
3) trlkhelp.html - rules for converting english symboles to russian
4) trans.html - additional file, which keep obtained russian text.

You also should have some additional dll on you computer in Windows system directory:
1) msvbm60.dll - VB -dll MS Developer Studio 6.0

To Instal this program:

1) Unzip downloaded file;
2) Start setup.exe

To use this program:

1) Create new directory and copy into it the program files
2) Start translk.exe
3) Type text into a top edit box
4) Press buton "convert" and see the result russian text in a bottom box
5) You can select, copy and past this text into any chat message.
