Deva-raja Virudhaka (Growth/Increase Deva King) is the Guardian of the Southern Direction and lord of the Kumbhanda.  His kingdom is located on the south side of Mount Sumeru.  He is known as the Growth/Increase Deva King because he can increase people's wisdom.  He is often depicted as holding a sword in his right hand.
