Okay, you say, I want a web page. Now what ? This is where I come in.
There are a few things you will need to tell me and I am sure you will have
some questions as well.

I  will need the following from you:

                    Photos you would like on your web page. I will scan them for you and return them.

                  A text copy for your index page. What would you like the main page to say and reflect                         about you ? This may be e-mailed, faxed or sent regular mail to me at the address at
                        the end of this page.

                  Do you have a logo ? If so, I will need a hard copy to scan. If you do not, I can design                         one for you for a small fee.

                  What color schemes would you like in your page design ?

                  Are there any web sites you have visited that you particularly like ? This will give me
                       an idea of the type of layout you like. Are there particular background sets that you
                       like? There are many web sites that offer free background sets, if you take a liking
                       to one let me know. If not I can also make you one.

                  What additional pages would you like linked to your index page ? Examples of this
                        are,  About Us, Favorite Links, Pictures etc... The graphics for these are included in
                        the price of the site design.

                  You will need to determine where you want to store your new web site. Your ISP is one                         place to start. They will charge a set fee on a per month basis, however some ISP's do                         provide their members with free space if the web site is under a certain size. If you
                        wish to store your web pages elsewhere, I can help you with finding a place to store,
                        just E-mail and we can discuss theses options.

       Would you like your own domain name ? Your URL address would look like:
             www.yourname.com. Otherwise your URL would look like:
             www.your-isp-company.com/yourname/.   If you are interested in your own your
             own domain name, e-mail me or call, as there are additional costs involved.

 

             I will design a draft of your new web site for you to review. I will contact you as
             to any changes you feel are appropriate.
