Love for you

Once a night, a merry dream, I was sitting thinking of you.
From that night, until this day, I always see you too.
My dreams are filled with joy, please don't change again,
I feel as I could touch you from beginning to the end.
The things I say, the things I do, are always just for you.
I look out for you, all on my own, sometimes I may be a fool.
But no one else has this place with me,
Because it is especially reserved for you.
One eve upon a bright white star, I looked into it shining
There I saw a reflection of you, with a smile divining.
You may be far away from me, way way over near there
But you are here in more ways than one, with love and gentle care.
Your pretty hair, your skin of silk that I always love to touch,
I play with it every day because I love it so very much.
Your eyes that glisten wet with tears, are so very very true
I love to sit and talk with you even when you are blue.
Always a friend I am to you, by this a promise made
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, and don't ever be afraid.
Your heart, your soul, your smile of pure gold, to me will never get old
I love to see you laugh and smile, it warms me from the cold.
A hug, a kiss, a warm embrace, gives the world to me
When I lean back and see your face, I smile happily.
