On June 26, 2000 I start with a company called Mirapoint. I do inside sales selling unified internet messaging routers and servers qualifying prospecitve customers, explaining our value proposition and setting appointmets for our outside sales force.. It's a Pre-IPO company and awesome to work for. Cisco is one of our largest customers. Previous to that I worked for BigVine.com, and online barter exchange also doing inside sales, lead generation. To say the least it was challenging. Doing 100 - 120 outbound calls a day, manually is a turn and burn pace. Before BrigVine.com I worked for Network associates also doing Inside sales of a network analyzer product called "Sniffer." |

And finally, before NAI, I worked at Fry's Electronics for 4 years. Made it to department manager. Was quite a rush running a 40 million a year department and being in charge of 60 people, but 4 years of working 6 days a week, with no chance or time to finish my degree, made me focus on the bigger picture and my larger dreams. So I left and came to NAI. Don't regret it one bit. I do miss some of the people I worked with though. |
