| Without it we cannot keep contact details or track work you do towards any awards. |
| Gift Aid Declaration |
| To be signed by whoever pays your subs, only if they are a tax payer. |
| With this form signed, we can claim back the tax you have paid on subs (and other payments to the Unit), increasing our funds at no extra cost to yourselves. |
| If a Declaration is not appropriate (e.g. because you do not pay tax), it would be helpful if you could let us know for our administration purposes. |
