Chapter 4, Verse 4 Chapter 4, Verse 4
And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

The physical body is maintained by bread, but this is the nourishment of the world. There is also a heavenly nourishment that feeds the soul and spirit so that the body stays in perfect health and peace. By listening to your Father within, life is maintained in abundance and peace. Without listening to the voice of God, life wanes, and the truth of one's being is not found. All search for the truth of their being, and their purpose in life. But while few search within themselves by listening to the voice of God their Father, many search outside in the world of men that is lost and cannot find the truth. They are looking outside themselves. They are looking in the wrong place. Search within, my beloved child, and life and an adundant reality of health and peace are yours for the asking. Come within to where life may be found. Search not outside yourself in the world of spiritual death and darkness for answers. You cannot find answers from those who do not know. You cannot find the answers of life from the thoughts of death. The blind lead the blind to nowhere but more pain and confusion. Within you is the voice whose words of truth will not leave you hungering and thirsting still for the truth of life. Come and be filled with truth, life, health, and peace in abundant measure. Come and live a spirit-filled life in a world lost in darkness. Transcend over the world of pain and confusion to the inner knowing of spirit. Reconnect with the spirit of your Father in love and holiness forever. Amen.

Chapter 4, Verse 8 Chapter 4, Verse 8
And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

There is a voice within you that speaks to you of fear, mistrust, and conflict. Listen not to that voice. That voice is not of God. Follow within the voice of love, trust, and harmony. This is the voice of your Father, who, in compassion, waits until His children choose to stop giving thoughts of fear to themselves and others. What you give to others, you give to yourself. So unite your holy will with your Father's, and cocreate thoughts of love, harmony, and faith. Live by these thoughts, and transcend the world of pain. You cannot be hurt by thoughts of love. The voice you listen to is the voice you will serve. Will it be fear and conflict, or love and faith? One leads further from God down a path of darkness and fear, while the other leads up the path of spirit and light. Become again the being of light that you were created to be in the beginning. Bring the words of thoughts of light to a world lost in the thoughts of darkness. Be light, and bring light, and live in light now and forever. Amen.

Chapter 4, Verse 18 Chapter 4, Verse 18
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

The spirit of the Lord has given to me the power to teach the truth of God to the poor in spirit. The richness of the spirit of truth will heal the brokenhearted and show the captives of the spirit of fear that there is a way out of captivity. The blind of the world will again see through the vision of the Christ spirit within them, and those lost in pain and sickness will be set free as they discover the truth of their being. The acceptable year of the Lord is not through fear as men have thought, but through love and forgiveness. Through the Christ spirit within you, you can do all things. So listen to, and become one with, the Christ spirit within you, and live the life of a free spirit born of God now and forever. Amen.

Chapter 4, Verse 24 Chapter 4, Verse 24
And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country.

Become open to all those around you. The Christ spirit comes in all forms and people. He can only help those who choose to judge not, and listen always only for truth, no matter from where or whom it comes. Be open to the truth, for you know not where God will next send it. Harden not your hearts to anyone, and grow in the spirit of truth and Christhood now and forever. Amen.

Chapter 5, Verse 10 Chapter 5, Verse 10
And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.

Become fishers of men. Throw down the Christ line of love and forgiveness to all men swimming by in the sea of fear. Some are not aware of the fact that they swim in a sea of fear, as they are all just like others around them. It is only when one recognizes that he is swimming and drowning in a sea of fear that he can be fished out with the net of love and forgiveness. He can leave behind all the thought patterns of fear that were common in the sea of fear, and change to the thought patterns of love, as he has been pulled from the depths of darkness to the light. He can see and know the truth, and it can set him free from all the thoughts of fear. Freedom at last to know the truth of his being, and to become, in remembrance, a being of light and a son of God that is one with the light in truth and holiness now and forever. Amen.

Chapter 5, Verses 34, 35 Chapter 5, Verses 34, 35
34 And he said unto them, Can ye make the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them?
35 But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.

The bridegroom is the Christ spirit, and to hear the voice of the bridegroom, you must fast from the thoughts of the world of fear. The memory of the bridegroom has been taken from many, and they fast and search for what they do not know. But when the memory of the bridegroom returns, no fasting is necessary, as his voice is as close as your listening and asking questions. He is your friend and support in a world of turmoil and unsupportiveness. He is your true life within, and your connection to your Father and your self of light. Fast from the thoughts of fear of the world, and remember again the bridegroom within, so that you can remember yourself as a child of God. Find the one who knows all within you, and transcend out of the world of darkness and ignorance forever. Amen.

Chapter 6, Verses 27, 28 Chapter 6, Verses 27, 28
27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.

Attack not, love and forgive. Give as your Father in heaven gives. For if you attack not, you cannot be attacked. What you give to others, you give to yourself. To receive only love, give only love, and live in the love you have given now and forever. Amen.

Higher wisdom commands you to do good to all people, and be loving and kind even to those who are not kind to you. Treat people as you would like to be treated. By being loving to all, and holding no grudges, you will become like your Father in heaven. Love and have mercy and compassion on all those who do not realize this yet, and are putting themselves through pain, for as they give, they receive, and what they give to others, they give to themselves. Most people do not know this, and think they can be unkind to others, and that it will not affect them. But they are mistaken. They know not what they do, and suffer much pain. If you judge not, you will not be judged; if you condemn not, you will not offer yourself the same judgments or condemnations that you have offered to others. If you forgive all, you will be forgiven and offer yourself what you have given to others.
