Make Video CD
Requirements:
ASTARTE M. Pack
Adaptec Toast 3.5.5
Step1:
Run ASTARTE M. Pack, double click NTSC or PAL Encoder, most Video
CD use NTSC.
Step 2: In the Multiplexer, click Toast-Ready.
Step 3: In the Audio window, Bit Rate set to 224KBit/s, other
setting can set to other you like.
Step 4: Video window, click NTSC or PAL, don't change the any
thing. The Video CD will auto change the size the 320x240, don't
change here.
Step 5: Drag a QT movie here and click OK.
Step 6:
Click start, then wait.
Step 7:
You will get a .mpg file, but you cannot play it right now. Run
Toast, choose Video CD format and click Data, enable One or more
MPEG streams and click OK.
Step 8:
Add your .mpg file in the following window, then click ok. Now
you can burn the CD. It is a Video CD version 1.1.
