If you wish to use a style, frame, background image, etc from a gallery image, please refer to it as -"Gallery one, Example 1" beside the appropriate category.

If you wish to use a font or background image for your text that I don't have, please attach it in an E-Mail including your full name in the subject line.

In the form, please include the following points in seperate boxes, so as to speed up and improve the accuracy of your order. Text in red is essential, the yellow is optional :-

• Please include the text that you wish to be included , and also the perspective sizes. (i.e: small text BIG TEXT - indicate also any seperate lines within the image.)

• The background colour that you would like. (Black, White, Transparent or image - see above.)

• Please state the approximate size of the image. You can do this in pixles, centimeters or inches. NOTE: All files are saved as GIF files. If you would like them saved as JPEG or BMP files, please include this in the form too.

• The font that you wish the text to be in. (See above.)

• The font colour that you wish the text to be in (It can be split - if I don't have the colour, I will chose the closest one that I can find.)

• Please state a style. All of which there are many in the galleries to choose from. E.g:

• Please state the "Bevel" style that you wish. E.g:

• Any objects that you wish to be included. I've got a wide range.

• If there are any other points that you want to include, please give a short description of it.

If any of the required fields are left blank, I will chose what to put in. I will do this for all except if the text that you want is missing. In this case, I will reply via e-mail, asking you to fill it in.

Orders will take a few days and the maximum should be about a week.
