![]() | Well, maybe you realize it is not so easy to take a picture of the Sun. Especially of the Rising Sun. First of all, you have to wake up very early in the morning. This picture has been made in July, that means even more earlier wake-up. Second, you need a coast that faces eastwards. In Europe there are not so many such coasts. My home is in Varna, Bulgaria, on the west coast of the Black Sea. Third, it is very important to get the sharp moment, neither to overlight nor to underlight the photo. And last, take a note that what you see here is what it is on the original photo-tape. It was copied on photo-paper and scanned, "as it was", no additional manipulations - 1301x901 pixels, 24-bits/pixel, 200 pixels/inch.
