2002 in review
Here's some of the highlights of what I did in 2002!
Early in the year I went to one of the most beautiful places in Australia
for a bush-walk in Wilson's Prom. It was excellent.
Melty, a crazy short film I made during the January holidays, won some awards.
That was very exciting and excellent.
In Winter, we all went on a trip to the snow. It was excellent! We had some
crazy times.
For the 2002 Scavenger Hunt at Uni, I got to drink my own vomit (a life long
dream). Crazy!
Of course, no 2002 review would be complete without mentioning Aron!
That blasted Software Engineering degree kept getting in the way. The people
are great but what a horrible, horrible subject (433-440 Advance Software
Engineering Project). I only put this here because it is what I spent almost
every waking hour on it in 2002, also, this photo looks a little bit futuristic.
This project drove me crazy.
Ben and I hatched a crazy scheme ... to take a brewing kit to Uni, brew
and bottle our own crazy Uni beer! So here is a small photo essay of the
crazy adventure, in all its "Animal House/Ferris Beuller/Revenge of the Nerds"
glory: Brewing Beer at the University of Melbourne (a life long dream)
Our next crazy scheme was even crazier than the last crazy one! Ben and
I tried to sit for exams that weren't ours (a life long dream of mine), we
got close, but not close enough! This photo is from after security had stopped
us and we were leaving the showgrounds!
So there you have it. Pretty crazy, huh?
