Fred's Adventure "Just listen carefully, and don't say anything," a gravelly voice answered back through the phone reciever. This actualy comforted Fred a great deal because the goldfish only told him to say, "Hello, this is Fred," and he had no idea what to say next.

The gravely voice continued. "Tomorrow at 6:30 pm, go to the bus stop on the corner of 8th and Tropicana. There you will be contacted and given instructions on what to do next. Your contact will be dressed like a mime. When he approaches, say 'Hello, this is Fred.'"

Fred liked that last part since now he had a little practice, but that first part he just didn't like. He was supposed to be home in bed by 6:30. But he was told not to say anything so he remained quiet.

The gravely voice continued. "You must do this, your country needs you!" Then the line went dead and Fred returned the phone to like it was when he first found it. And asked his fish what to do now.
