HAPETE has been in the field of manufacturing special threads for industries since 1975. We have chosen synthetic fibre as raw material for its; characteristics that are not found in natural fibre. Synthetic fibres are not much influenced by chemicals or benzine, tetra, alcohol, ether and aceton. They are not spoiled by soda chlorine or loog and are resistant to acid.
Spun polyester thread consist of fibre produced through chemical process. So they posses high elasticity, strength and refinement. They are completely suitable for sewing; for cement sacks; for fertilizer, flour, sugar industries using continuous high speed sewing machineries for plastic sacks and for poultry feed manufacturing industries using portable machinery for packing.
Its tensile strength and elongation are most suitable for plastic and rattan mat weaving, as well as for binder in sport shoes manufacturing injection system and many more. In addition, we are able to manufacture from different raw materials such as polyamide, rayon, etc. of any size desired by the customer.
