Vegetable-Pulse Pickle
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ----- Carrot pieces
- 100 gm. ----- Green garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 cup ----- Channa daal (soaked in vinegar)
- 2 tbsp. ----- Mustard seeds
- 4 tsp. ----- Sounf
- 1 tsp. ----- Cumin seeds
- 2 tsp. ----- Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ----- Turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup ----- Mustard oil
Method:
Grind all the spices finely. Mix all ingredients and fill in a jar. Keep the jar in sunlight for 2-3 days. Pour the oil on the pickle and mix well.
