Mix all the masalas and salt. Slit the chilies. Peel the onions and cross-cut them. Mix 4 tbs. oil with the masala and mix the onions and green chilies in it. Put all the ingredients in a dry jar. Heat the oil and cool. Pour the oil in the jar. Cover with lid and keep in the sun for 6-7 days. 1
