RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPERIENCES GAINED & ACCOMPLISHMENT:
- To support and sustain the test line for the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) of Cisco Network Product (Catalyst 6000 Series).
- Involve in both In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Test (FT) using HP3070 Series 3 ICT Tester and Cisco Catalyst 6000 Server System.
- Coordinate and deal with customers as well as vendors regarding with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) issues.
- Familiar with Cisco routers, switches, access and terminal servers as well as chassis backplane installation and configuration.
- Have learnt to recognise many different types of eletrical and electronics component failure as well as understand and practice the method of failure analysis, troubleshooting and debugging based on its circuit logic, specification as well as testing procedures.
- Learn and understand about the company’s organisation, its manufacturing process flow, test and quality issue as well as decision making, teamwork, social, communication and presentation skills.
