Description: "Gene in Sparkling Seduction" comes dressed in a strapless black gown with a furled hemline, glittering with applied pailettes. Worn with it is a full-length cape of claret velvet with sleeves of faux fur. An intricately beaded "amethyst" necklace, three-strand bracelet and earrings complete the ensemble. "Sparkling Seduction" is circa 1948, and was designed exclusively for Gene by Shelley Rinker, Winner of the 1996 Young Designers of America Award for "Best Period Costume.
