According to this study people who have favorite colors also have certain personality traits. Obviously, this is not an exact scence, but rather an intersting study mixing psychological aspects with color and design. READ CAREFULLY!!!

RED - passionate, exciting, daring, funny, talkative, love night activities, high leadership, active, extreme etmperaments, loves participating in sports, doesn't particulary like school or organized activities. CAREERS (for the future or past or presence): Race car drivers, firemen, policemen, oil workers on big rigs, explorers, divers, soldiers, pilots, espionage, athletes, and private investigators.

BLUE - friendly, well liked, moody, very much part of the majority, set trends, loves groups and group activities, gets along well with others, caring, worries what other people will think, generally well behaved, make good parents (to those who have a child), loves social activities and organized activities, religious. CARRERS(for the future or past or presence): Sales people insurance brokers, merchants, laborers, truck and taxi drivers, bankers, secretaries, government workers, advertising, social workers, ministers, teachers.

YELLOW - Extremely intelligent, quiet, love privacy and love being alone, nice personalities, loves to read and work with computers (this is really for me!), independent, good writers, organized, analytical, love school. CAREERS (for the future or past or presence): Scientists, computer programmers, professors, inventors, doctors, designers, small business owners, philosophers, specialty items, architects.

VIOLET - Mysterious, quiet, loves night activities, unusual/unique, independent, can be a little evventric, often remain single, quietly passionate, these people will surprise you, they aren't always as they seem. CAREERS (for the future or past or presence): Executives and executive secretaries, escort services, owners of large businesses and chains, lawyers, stock brockers, politicians.

GREEN - Earthy, love outdoor activities, honest, creative (i would like to be), love children and animals and camping, enviromentally concerned, can be moody or jealous, sensitive, strong sense of purpose, compassionate, organized in a natural way, make wonderful mothers, good listener. CAREERS (for the future or past or presence): Farmers, rangers and conservationists, builders, craftsmen, artists, carpernters, fishermen, archeologist, historians, counselors.

ORANGE - Risk taker without being careless, bright as well as cheery, loves to have fun, interested in just about everything, curious, good verbal skills, quick thinker, out going, can be a little vain, confident, capable. CAREERS (for the future or past or presence): Entertainers (?), actors, musicians, broadcasters, speech therapists, reporters, restaurant owners, priests.

Colors not listed above are only variations or combinations of the primary and secondary colors (example - blue-green). If you prefer a lighter tint of the above colors then your personality traits are usually less intense. If you prefer a darker shade then your personality traits are more intense. (I would say... white is like more social type and black is a personality where the person doesn't want to be in contact with social things.)
