1. Introducion

Monitor V 1.3 is a simple program to use your Computer-Monitor to
Display incoming Video-Signals on your Video-Capture-Card.

(The Initial purpose for this proggy was to watch TV while Programming  ;-) )
 

2. Setup

Under Options you can preset two sizes selectable via the menu 'Size' or via
the little Button labeled '1' or '2' depending on the Size. The size of the Overlay
depends on the settings of your video-capture-card so you have to find out these
values and set them manually. For a Miro DC30 Pal settings with cropped TV-Setup
these values are 1: 720x540 and 2: 360x270.

If you select 'Disable Overlay if Form is deselected the overlay will be disabled if
the form is deselected or minimized. (Useful in cooperation with other programs)
WARNING: On some Videocards Win95 is not able to restore the overlay properly.

With the Little 'S' Button in the lower right corner you are able to select the input-
source for your card if your card provides multible input-channels.
