GROWING INFO: "Passion flowers (passifloraceae) Seed may need prechill for 3 months but easy to grow. Soak seed. Although erratic to germinate, most young plants will quickly produce flowers within 2 years. They enjoy well-drained, poor, sandy soils, do not overwater or overfeed."
