1)Any current subscriber to the Reefkeepers@majordomo.net mailing list may submit their material to this site.
2)Any images submitted will remain your exclusive property with all rights to said images remaining in your possesion, with the exception of granting the right to display your images on this site indefinitely.
3)Images submitted should be in BMP, TFF, JPG, GIF or PSD format, with JPG being preferred. If you have an oddball format that you are having difficulty converting to one of the formats listed above you may email me and we'll see what we can come up with.
4)You may supply text to go with your images. This should be done in the form of either a .txt or .doc file, OR you may submit one .html page featuring your text and graphics.
5)If you have multiple files to send, I would appreciate it if you'd be courteous and ZIP them into one compressed file. Winzip is available free from www.winzip.com . Please note that I do not need you to uuencode your images, or to ARJ, RAR or SIT them.
6)I reserve the right to deem an image unsuitable and not post it to this site. For example, if you submit a photo of yourself performing a water change whilst naked AND dancing the hokey pokey, it will not be appearing here.
7)I reserve the right to process images in order to reduce file sizes. It may be a great scan, but if you send me a 2.5 meg image file it won't be posted until I have a chance to reduce it's size.
8)I encourage anyone wishing to submit images to watermark them if possible. If you own Photoshop, you can do so with the free service available at www.digimarc.com
9)All material should be submitted directly to me at keith_clarke@lmail.cencol.on.ca and not sent to the mailing list. Binary files posted to the mailing list are one of very few things you could do that could result in your being removed from the list.
10)I will attempt to update this site in as timely a manner as possible. I will not appreciate it if I receive a stream of 'Hurry up and post my files!!' emails.
