Summary: Water quality in this sub-catchment is moderate. The status of the sub-catchment is very similar to that in Gore creek, but may be moderated by the effects of tidal flushing.
Issues: As with many other sub-catchments it appears that leakages from high density residential areas combined with ageing infrastructure are becoming too much for the reticulation system. Water quality in the sub-catchment would be vastly improved if sewerage could be kept out of the waterways.
Knowledge Gaps: Information regarding this sub-catchment is largely complete but may require further information on overflow activity and exfiltration rates.
Recommendations: Obtain overflow and exfiltration activity information.
