Rafflesia is a rare plant - known as the largest flower in the world and mostly found in the world tropics. The Sumatran and Borneo Species are the most famous species holding a record of the largest flower in the world (at 42 inches across).   Rafflesia in Borneo Borneo is the center of diversity for the Rafflesia.
