My Scotland Trip

It was a quiet and cold day on 14th January 2002. I arrived at the Dundee Airport, Scotland. It has actually been long due for my visit to Scotland. I wanted so much to visit to Scotland when I was studying in England (1995-1998). Nevertheless, a few years later, my dream has come true. I stayed in Dundee for nearly a month on some sort of academic pursuit. While doing my academic pursuit, I didn't forget to travel to some places in Scotland within a very limited time frame. A beautiful architectural structure across the Dundee River. The bridge is constructed for train passage. Two foreigners are car hiking along the road leading to Endinburgh. The picture was taken somewhere not very far the the train bridge (see above). Me and Barbara, the landlady of the house that I stayed in during my one-month visit to Dundee. Me, Frendy and Zarina (they are spouses). Both of them are from Malaysia. They are studying in Dundee. Barbara organized a party for me before my leaving back to Malaysia. She invited a bunchful of friends from Malaysia and Thailand to warm up the party. It was a fabulous gethering! All of us got very pissed! I managed to steal some time to visit to Edinburgh. Edinburgh isn't that far from Dundee, roughly 45 minutes by train, and the trains run frequently from both the cities. I visited to a few places in Edinburgh - the National Art Gallery, the Edinburgh Castle..... The Edinburgh Castle is a must visit tourist spot in Edinburgh. It is a magnificent castle. You could over view the whole Edinburgh city from the top of the castle! Showing belows are two pictures taken inside the castle.
