Well, DUHH! Of course this page - this whole site, in fact - is under construction. Like most useful websites - and many useless ones - it is continually being modified, added to, and repaired. (I've just discovered a couple of broken links minutes before I wrote this - *gloom*) That, however, is no reason to put up with internal links that lead nowhere, or pages infested with graphics that suggest roadworks. If you have a page that is not yet ready for public scrutiny - or, worse yet, doesn't exist at all - don't link to it! It's that simple.
