Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Attends Lincoln Dinner
Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Norann Ruppert attended the Lincoln Dinner on March 28,1999. She led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and was also presented a check for the Montgomery County Fair on behalf of the Montgomery County Republicans.

Queen Norann Speaks to State Senate
Pictured above, from the left is Assistant Senate Democratic Leader Vince Demuzio of Carlinville, Mr. Jow Hampton, Director of the Illinois Department of Agriculture, Norann Joy Ruppert, Miss Illinois County Fair Queen of Nokomis and Senator John Maitland of Bloomington. Norann, the daughter of Randy and Joan Meyer, represented the Montgomery County Fair, and was in Springfield on March 25, during the Agricultural Legislative Day and spoke to the Illinois State Senate Legislators.

Miss Illinois County Fair To Be Honored
Miss Norann Ruppert will be honored at a reception on February 14,1999 at the Raymond K of C Hall in Raymond,Illinois from 2 until 6 p.m. The Montgomery County Fair Board invites the public to come congratulate Norann in her accomplishments as county fair queen and on becoming the
1999 Miss Illinois County Fair Queen.
