The Wedding Gifts

As the Wedding Party and guests all went back to the grove,
They entered to find it decorated for a wedding, with beautiful
white ribbons and flowers in riotous bloom everywhere, an arch
of honeysuckle and ivy near the altar, tall gleaming candles everywhere.
There were twinkle lights strung in the lower branches adding
to the fairy ambiance and Long Tables piled high with Wedding Cake,
WINE and all manner of wonderful foods awaiting them.

Each guest was gifted with a tiny hand carved shadowdragon,
made from ancient oak - is a small figure riding on his back.
The eyes of the figure set with tiny amethysts.

Everyone was encouraged to Eat, Drink, and ENJOY!

The bride and groom were deluged with wondrous gifts
There was a rug from Aldrath and a marble carving from Kaly and Kaz,
a small intricately carved wooden key on a green silk ribbon,
carved with intwining ivy and Aly & Anti's names in runic.
A Magic Ivy bracelet and a golden ring from Silverfang
with a plant spell always active,
((Plant control potion effect while you comcentrate on the effect do not wear in melee combat very fragile hehe ))

two six foot tall pillar candles, laced with gold from Pan and Jaya
1000 pieces of gold, oerthian mint from Steven Atreides
And from Reesa - a bolt of black cloth - intricately embroidered.
On the top is a dream catcher, then the words Antimus and Alyysssa,
then another dream catcher. Underneath this, embroidered in silver thread,
is two rings, interlaced within each other.
Underneath this in elegant script are the words
"Blessed be this union between this couple whom fate has brought together."
Dream catchers are on the two bottom corners as well

a long platinum razor-sharp sword which is carefully engraved from Snow
and from Jaya - a A birdcage,(simple enough, heh - he said)
with Two tiny creatures fluttering around within.
A close observation reveals them to be hummingbirds.
A closer look would also point out the one distinguishing feature between
them and normal humming birds, One appears to be made of green fire,
the other crimson. Both seem to pulse with a gentle light momentarily,
before solidating Instantly into two Crystalline copies of themselves

From Luxuria a basket - and when opened..
.. is an array of exotic fruits and sensuous oils from her home,
an assortment of chocolates, nuts and dried berries and a bottle
of HoneyWine from a vinyard in Rivendale, also a neatly scripted note,
Druidess and her new Husband., I do not know either of you to well
but I wish you Joy and love eternal may your home be filled with love
and children. Peace be with you , Luxuria.

From Dragona - a white dragon pendant necklace in two halves
...one for the bride and one for the groom
And from Tisca - a pair of bracelets with the tree design

Foxfer slipped a gift in, as well - saying
"This stone will allow ye te travel anywhere yer heart desires,
to any time.....to observe, not to intereact......
but it will allow ye te see the dawn of time"
Then he handed
Aly a small silver pendant of a silver dragon
"...and this be fer ye....may it help guide ye in the coming years"
From Darkmoor - three psi charms, he said the two smaller ones each have
one defensive function, the larger one minds eye has a few empathic abilities

A leather bag was resting on the alter and beside it -
..a lil note was attached.....
"Greetings thou Lady Druidess....here be a gift for ye.....
from the wee folk... Adept Raist
inside the bag rested 500pp
From Silver Fyre was found a bottle of Lavender perfume and
a beautiful emerald ring
Ceres_Ursidae left on the altar - a roughly hewn oaken box.
inside were two figures carved of cedar.
One - an exact replica of Aly, the other of Anti
From the Guardian Milka - a tapestry of finest silk interwoven with
gold thread of a dragon flying high above what appears to be a grove
of solid jade trees, the corners bespeckled with a small peridot.

One of those sorely missed at the wedding was Arial,
the one the druid calls her wolfiechicafriend.
Yet, a gift was sent - any nearby would have heard the following...
"Ithil'lote Ehtele" she says.
it's a plain sheath, and the hilt seems almost blurred while it is
sheathed, not quite revealing its details
Alyysssa trys it out, speaking the words, feeling relief and warmth
from the sword when it falls into her hands, sheathed as it is.
She is quietly corrected - "Ithil'lote Ehtele'."
It is has a long, curved blade, with its name engraved on the dark green
glass-steel that makes up its blade- Ithil'lote Ehtele'.
A large, light sapphire, with white star resting in the centre,
is nestled in the flat of the blade, cut as to capture the light
in its shimmering blue facets. The guard is plain, but for the
material itself- an odd, gold-platinum mixture for which even the
precise aesthetics of Espruar has no name, as well as a
translucent pale blue, mottled with green and golden swirls.
The hilt is a polished, smooth chestnut wood, and the pommel of
smoky glass-steel, cut perfectly to lead up to a flat surface on
which a stylized moonflower is etched.
The druid is told "Speak moonflower, Ithil'lote, and moonflowers shalt grow.
I know naught what else it does."

And from Riah - a box..
Alyysssa sees In the box there is a small figurine of a woman
who looks mysterious like Alyy, whom is naked aside
from butterfly wings and a bright smile. It is seemingly made
out of a platinum scale.. though it's hard to place exactly
what it is. In runes on the bottom: It reads
"I came to you with open arms, which you returned in embrace.
I came to you with an empty heart, which you filled to the brim.
I came to you with tear stained cheeks that you brushed away.
To you, I came. And with you I'll stay.
*in Draconic* Semper Servus, My Druid.

and the last thing found...Lying in the grove after the wedding,
a piece of parchment in Belak's writing is lying on top of his sword;
scabbarded and tied with a peace knot.
It reads:

"Tis not for demons to play sacred blessings. Instead feel this of your
Brothers heart. I give no blessing for those of my kin are of pain and
suffering. Love for me, let your warmth be that which is not for me.

I give no gifts that save, no gifts that bring joy,
a demons gift is never of life.

I leave you my blade, to keep sheathed and bound in peaceknot,
to save the world its pain and ask of you but one thing.

If Velaria ever returns.. tell her I loved her.

To you my sister Always, farewell

Belak."

.....and with the reading, the Druid turned her face into the comforting
shoulder of her Love, and grieved for her brother once again...
