"Crazy Quilt Blue"
This old blue double violet was my Mom's houseplant in the 50's. I used it for my first botany project in High School (1962),
and have kept it going by cloning ever since! Name unknown, I called it 'Crazy Quilt' Blue
after a horse story I was reading at the time of the project,
and for the fact that it occasionally showed white patches
on the flowers, a curiosity that no longer happens.
(The object next to the plant is a stone with 2 garnet crystals.)
