| ...the site of a land-locked sea lover smitten with the rugged coast of Maine. Some of you understand, while the rest can only hope to experience it. My name is Stacie and I live in Pennsylvania (thus, the land-locked part) with my husband Ray and our dog, Franklin. I love my state for its rich geography and history, which is directly linked to the foundations of our country. My bike regularly in the hills of PA (no flat-landers are we!) but the only time I truly feel at one with my soul is when I stand on the massive rocks of Maine's coast, breathing in the Atlantic. If you're smiling, perhaps we should be friends... My goal is to make friends with people in different areas of the country to have people to visit & stay with, and have a place for them to stay should they want to visit PA and hike and bike our trails and see our sights. My only catch is my allergy to cats & most dogs - it's hard to find people without cats AND who don't smoke. |

| We enjoy recreational kayaking, snowshoeing, hiking, leisurely walks, cooking, and dining out (I hate doing dishes at home, but gladly do them elsewhere!). My husband, Ray, is an investigator and also an avid mountain biker - the proud owner of a Cannondale bike. I teach technology at the high school level and enjoy creative pursuits - photography, scrapbooking, rubber-stamping, letter writing, (e-mail is great but there's nothing quite like a hand-written letter to make one feel loved...), and spending time outdoors and with family and friends. Friends and family are all that matter in this life - they make us truly rich - and you can never have too many true friends... |
