Elmina Elifara Candler b. April 22, 1816 in Georgia d. 1902 New Site, Tallapoosa County, Alabama was married to Isaac Ramsey Lowe b. June 28, 1811 Georgia d. November 14, 1895 New Site, Tallapoosa County, Alabama. They were married on January 8, 1834 in Jones County, Georgia. At one time, they lived in Chambers County, Alabama. Both are buried in New Salem (Privative Baptist Church) Cemetery, New Site, Tallapoosa County, Alabama.
