The sloth is a fascinating creature which lives in the rainforest. The sloth will spend almost it's entire life living in the canopy of the rain forest. Once a week the sloth will venture down to the forest floor and defecate on a tree from which it feeds. This ensures that the tree will have more nutrients to grow more leaves. The sloth is a very slow moving creature but is an amazingly good swimmer. Its slow motion is a great adaptation for the sloth since predators generally will not notice it as it moves through the canopy.
The sloth actually has no teeth in its mouth, instead its teeth are in its cheeks.
