These kids were playing some kind of game using their fingers, in hindsight I should have gotten closer to take this photo. This is a scan from a print and thus has been cropped closer.

Cab, New York 1997

Film:
Kodak Gold 100 Camera:Pentax ME Super Lens:28mm

This was the first time I had been in New York and boy was I excited!!!!, our tour bus said we were only going to spend 4 hours here (not enough bloody time), I knew that I had to go and take photos. After about 4 hours walking about like a headless chicken photographing everything I saw I had actually forgotten where our tour bus was parked.....oh shit!!!!, all I remembered was that it was near a place with lots of flags and that it wasnt the United Nations Headquarters. Eventually some New Yorker suggested to me that it might be The Rockafeller Centre and so it was thus I was saved from getting stranded in New York.

Again like New York I was only given a few hours in Washinton DC and although this is not really a good photo, I still keep it here to remind myself of the short few hours I spent in in the capital city of america
