Holly is just the opposite of how people perceive Rottweilers. She is protective but sweet. She has such an alert expression it is as if she understands every word we say. Sometimes we even spell things, like WALK and she perks up and knows what we've said! Now that we have children, she acts as if they were hers. If they bother her, she licks them away! If they fall or cry she howls like she is in agony. She hovers over them and watches their every move!!

Some of Holly's favorite pastimes include: watching animals on T.V. and crying for them, relaxing on the porch in the sun on a Sunday morning while we read the newspaper, and going in the car when the kids go to school in the morning.My mom says,"Other dogs are dogs, but Holly is like a human!" She is such a wonderful dog, that no other can compare to her. She is our best friend!!
