- Responsible for drawing oil samples, and processing data entries.
- Preparing oil samples for shipment , with proper forms and packing request letters.
- Ensured that any lab recommendations are completed expediently.
- Ensued all required equipment was enrolled in the joint oil analysis program.
Maintenance Manager: - April 1996 – August 1998
- Responsible for supervising 16 personnel, performing corrective maintenance and processing equipment records for over 275 pieces of equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance was being performed, work orders and equipment record order lists were initiated and completed properly and all required parts were requisitioned and applied.
- Responsible for supervising 3 personnel and the maintenance of 30 pieces of emergency equipment including the P-19 fire truck, 125 GPM pumps and the M970 tank truck.
- Received Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal while serving as Maintenance Manager.

Hazardous Waste Disposal Representative: - January 1995 – April 1996
- Responsible for providing administrative, and technical support to the Fuels Officer in Charge employee safety issues, and complete accident report forms.
- Ensured daily site compliance with overseas base guidelines and local Japanese law.
- Provided federal hazardous communication training in accordance with Department Of Defense instruction 6050.5-G-1 and short duration field site setups in compliance with South Korean law.
- Coordinated with Defense Reutilization Marketing Office for disposal of hazardous, and non-hazardous waste.
- Implemented emergency spill response plans for 10 M970 tank trucks, and supervised the transport of over 40,000 gallons of jet fuel with no incident.
Hazardous Materials/Waste Manager: - September 1993 – January 1995
- Responsible for managing hazardous materials and waste site, and employee occupational safety.
- Prepared deployment letters of instructions, and standard operation procedures, short duration field site setups, drafted, and implemented spill contingency plans ensured proper employee training.
- Maintained environmental Publications library, coordinated required shipment procedures prepared materials for transport to the Defense Reutilization Marketing Office.
- Maintained authorized hazardous materials list, reviewed annually.
- Ensured hazardous materials and hazardous waste were stored, labeled, and ensured material safety data sheets were available in accordance with OSHA, DOD instructions, local Japanese law, Dot, and EPA regulations.
- Conducted routine inspections with local inspectors to ensure compliance.
- Reconstructed the hazardous materials/waste site for the Motor Transport Division received a Navy Achievement Medal for performance during the 1st Marine aircraft Wing functional area inspection.
