Roda iz djedove čitanke
Jeste li je vid´li?
Vratila se veće
Naša draga roda;
Nosi nam proljeće.
Iza duga puta,
Iza trudna leta
Na dimnjaku našem
Sjela je opeta.
Razvila je krila,
Klepetom se javlja.
Ta pozna nas, pozna,
Pa nas sad pozdravlja.
"Uživajte"-zove,-
"Proljetnu divotu,
Radujte se suncu
I novom životu."
Minu zimska čama!
Već se budi cvijeće,
došla vam je roda:
Granuće proljeće.
