During the period of november 2 - 12 I had the opportunity to participate in the course "Environmental Engineering for Integrated Biomass Systems" at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (Bogota). It was an unique opportunity to learn more about the IBS (Integrated Biomass System) from Prof. George L. Chan and Prof. Li Kangmin, but besides the technical aspects in the course, I have learned much more about the people from Colombia and the country itself. This homepage is a way of register my gratitude for all people involved, including the Instituto de Tecnologia do Parana and Programa Rede Zeri Parana.

Cesar Mauricio Rojas Rojas could not participate in the course, but it is a person with his own light and was indeed the brazilian's "guardian angel" of our staying in Colombia. Throught his attention and hospitality our staying in Colombia was much more pleasant and comfortable.
