Greetings! For this exercise, we will examine topics in Chapters 13-16. For this one, you will get to brush-up on your searching.

First off, pick a search engine and type in a topic and find six sites on any topic.(suggestions include Vevay,Falls of the Ohio, Harmony, New Harmony, Vincennes, steamboats, flatboats, Erie Canal, Chicago Portage, Detroit, Black Swamp,fur trade, Soo Canal, Keweenaw Peninsula, Marquette Iron Mining, etc.) Give the address, summarize it, and relate to class, and opinion of site.

You should end up with 6 total sites/addresses/summaries, etc. E-mail all answers, suggestions, comments to dangood@gasou.edu
