You Are The Stars

My sixth and last release on Nesak: You Are The Stars was the ancestor of the Earthbound concept. In fact, it was originally titled You Are The Earth and it's theme was supposed to encompass different ethnic and anthropological elements gathered from different parts of the world. Nesak wanted to stick to a more "universal" approach, and the recording was renamed.

Technically speaking, this recording is the most advanced of the entire series. Taking advantage of the latest synthesizer technology of the time, I was able to paint a multitude of innovative sounds - the recording studio was my canvas. There is a lot more rhythm and structure and provocative ideas in this recording than the free-form music from previous releases.
