The CEG Rankings are formed on the following system: each CEG gymnast is ranked according to the meets they have competed in and the results they have acquired.

I. Competing @ Olympics = 23, Qualifying AA or EF = 24
Gold Medal = 27
Silver Medal = 26
Bronze Medal = 25

II. Competing @ Worlds = 18, Qualifying AA or EF = 19
Gold Medal = 22
Silver Medal = 21
Bronze Medal = 20

III. Competing @ an International Meet = 13, Qualifying AA or EF = 14
Gold Medal = 17
Silver Medal = 16
Bronze Medal = 15

IV. Competing @ Nationals = 9
Gold Medal = 12
Silver Medal = 11
Bronze Medal = 10

V. Competing @ a National Meet = 5
Gold Medal = 8
Silver Medal = 7
Bronze Medal = 6

VI. Competing @ Provincials = 1
Gold Medal = 4
Silver Medal = 3
Bronze Medal = 2
