Yampa View is located 800 yards (1/2 mile) from the Silver Bullet gondola. It is not a ski-in ski-out unit but 3-5 minutes walking distance to the slopes. You will definitely enjoy the view and the cozy comfort this condo has to offer. Steamboat Family Condominium We first came to Steamboat almost twenty years ago and fell in love with it. We have had our Condo for twelve years. Come and share our "home away from home." Located within easy walking distance to the ski slopes (300 yards; just behind the ski-in/ski-out units), we invite you to enjoy our 1,200 square foot condominium's warm, homey atmosphere with a wood burning fireplace and wooden beams. This two story low-rise building is nestled on the side of Mt. Werner with an exquisite view of the Yampa Valley. In the mornings you will often see beautiful hot air balloons right off your private deck or even from your bed. Our unit has two bedrooms, two baths, as well a comfortable kitchen, dining room, and living room. The master bedroom on the lower floor has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds. There is also a queen sized hide-a-bed sofa sleeper on the upper level. We call our unit a "Family Condominium" because it is ideally suited to a single family with children or two couples.
