Timberwood Cabin This beautiful, woodsy cabin with all the creature comforts of home is located in historic Tahoe Pines on the picturesque West Shore of Lake Tahoe. Just 50 minutes from Reno-Tahoe Airport and 3 1/2 hours from San Francisco you'll find it a perfect location to explore year round recreation. Downhill skiing is 5 minutes away at Homewood or a 20 minute drive to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. You'll find cross country skiing, biking, hiking, boating, golf, fine dining, shops, galleries and casinos within a short walk or drive. A 4 block walk to the lake gives you access to a private homeowners beach and boat dock for summer use. Blackwood Creek is two blocks away and is famous trout stream. Timberwood 1998-1999 Rates We rent full weeks Sunday to Sunday only during the busy ski and summer vacation periods for $950 per week.. A $100 deposit holds the reservation. The $100 deposit is a telephone/breakage/cleaning deposit that is refunded after tenant has left. The full rental fee is required 30 days before attending. The Rental fee is subject to 10% occupancy Tax. Daily rate is $160 during fall and spring months for less than full weeks. [Top]
