This form is for renters who already have a FREE listing with American Ski Vacation Lodging Rentals.
You can check to see if your lodging is listed by going to our American Ski Vacation Lodging Rentals Homepage and selecting the appropriate State and ski area. If you do not already have a FREE listing, you need to do that first.
FREE listings are available by completing the FREE Listing Form.

If you have found that you already have a FREE listing or you have just completed the
Free Listing Form and want to enhance your listing, then you are in the right place.

Below you will find (1) the benefits of an Enhanced listing, (2) an example of how your Enhanced listing will look, (3) a brief discussion of the Enhanced listing price, and (4) a form for ordering and Enhanced listing with ASVLR.

 

By enhancing your listing, you get the following benefits:

  • Preferred placement in the listings for your ski area
    (enhanced listing come first in the appropriate category)

  • A direct link to your lodging's internet homepage (if you have one)

  • A toll-free number (if you have one) along with your phone number
    and/or FAX number.

  • Preferred time(s) to call (when a live person will be available).

  • A direct email address (if you have one) and link to send an inquiry
    directly from our site.

  • The name of your accommodation (if you have one)

  • Your name or names (if you want), such as "Ask for Jane or John Renter."

  • A detailed description (up to 250 words) of your accommodation,
    including exact location, proximity to the ski slopes, available transportation, amenities, nearby services and attractions, etc.

  • Up to 250 words describing your rental rates; available discounts;
    minimum stay policy; deposit information; cancellation policy;
    and anything else you think might be of interest to potential renters.

Squaw Valley Mountain Getaway

3BD, 2BA Condominium (Sleeps 8 to 10). Our ground level vacation condo is located in Olympic Valley, CA, just minutes away from the six-person gondola and 150-person cable car at Squaw Valley Ski Resort. Our private balcony has a great view of the ski area. Our condo is fully equipped with all of the amenities and priced well below comparable units. The living room has 2 queen sized sleeper sofas and the dining room table seats up to twelve guests. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. Our unit was newly remodeled in June 1997 and furnished with many items you would not normally expect to find. The clubhouse contains a pool, sauna and jacuzzi as well as other exercise equipment. Our guests return year after year.

Squaw Valley Mountain Getaway Rates

  • Summer Season: $125 nightly; $600 weekly

  • Low Ski Season (11/20/98-12/13/98): $165 nightly; $1,100 weekly

  • Pre-Holiday Season (12/14/98-12/20/98): $375 nightly; $2,100 weekly

  • Holiday Season (12/21/98-1/1/99): $620 nightly; $3,800 weekly

  • Value Season (1/2/99-2/7/99): $300 nightly; $1,850 weekly

  • Regular Season (2/8/99-3/14/99): $375 nightly; $2300 weekly

  • Value Season (3/15/99-4/4/99): $300 nightly; $1,850 weekly

  • Low Season (4/11/99-4/13/99): $165 nightly; $1,100 weekly

Squaw Valley Mountain Getaway Policies

  • These rates do NOT include 9% sales tax and are subject to change

  • Rates are for entire unit, not per person.

  • All rates include cleaning and linen fees.

  • If your stay overlaps two rate seasons the total weekly rate will be calculated based on the weekly rate of each season.

  • The maximum allowable number of people shall not exceed ten persons.

  • Weekly rentals are from Saturday night to Friday night, unless other arrangements have been made.

  • Discounts are available for early booking and extended stays.

  • Bookings for less than five nights will not be accepted more than 30 days in advance.

  • Rates for less than five nights are listed on our website.

  • A deposit equal to one half of the weekly rental is required to guarantee your reservation.

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

We have tried to keep the cost to renters for enhancing a ski rental listing as inexpensive as possible. We charge $24 per year to enhance your vacation rental listing. If you enhance your listing, it will be good for one full year from the date it is posted. Think of it this way; for the price one lunch on the ski mountain or half a lift ticket, you can get a whole year's enhanced advertising for your ski rental.

As some of you know, other internet lodging rental companies charge up to $500 per year to list a single unit vacation rental and even more to list a management company, hotel, etc. To be fair, many of these companies do offer some additional benefits, such as developing a homepage with pictures. There is no doubt, those are very important advantages to listing with one of those companies, especially if you don't know how to build your own webpage.

We are not in competition with those companies. If you already have a homepage which you built yourself or with one of our competitors, American Ski Vacation Lodging Rentals simply offers you another, inexpensive way of getting more skiers to view your page. More skiers visiting your webpage translates into more rentals.

If you have decided you are now ready to enhance your listing, complete the following form. We will try to get your enhanced listing posted within three days. You will then have 15 days to send us your check for $24. Please do not complete the following form if you have any doubts about sending the fee. It takes a lot of time and effort to enhance and post a listings. This time could be better spent trying to get a good listing for this website on the major search engines. Thank you.
