Final Exam Information

The 2-hour, cumulative final exam will take place in our usual classroom (LI 115) at the date and time given by Towson University in their Final Exam Schedule.

If you take the final exam, the grade you earn on it will replace all quiz grades of "0" and will account for 25% of your final course grade. The remaining 75% of your final course grade will be comprised of 25% quiz grades and 50% paper grades.

IMPORTANT: If you will be taking the final exam, you MUST hand in to me 2 blank T.U. exam booklets (with nothing written on or in them) during or before our last class on Friday December 8th. If you show up at the final exam without having turned in exam booklets to me, and without blank blue books in hand for my inspection, you will not be permitted to take the final. (Sometimes, entrepreneurial students have extras that they will sell to you on the spot, but please do not depend upon this. Exam books are available for purchase in the book store in the Union).

In class on October 27, I announced the general format of the final exam:
The final exam will be very similar in nature to the quizzes: no notes or books allowed; no re-entry into the exam once you have left the room; and you may use pencil or pen, as you choose. Punctuation and grammar will not count, and partial credit may be awarded for partially correct answers.

Please check back here for updated information on the final exam as it becomes available.
