You too can be a member of the TOBC. Just fill out this little form, and your submission should be up in about a week! Just a note, please include your email, as it will be put on the TOBC mailing list, which will be sent on the 17th of each month. If you do not wish to recieve this mailing, which includes important information about contests and projects (all relating to Billy and SP) please indicate so by not including your email address in the form. I would also like to note that any submission sent to me in all capital letters will be deleted. I AM NOT KIDDING! Thank you.
